Call Logs
To search “Call Logs” list, filter with Virtual Number, Start Date, End Date, Type and Phone No then click “Search” button.
You can view a maximum of 20 of the most recent logs per number for all call type (missed, incoming and outgoing) with basic information.
After the search, click on the Export to CSV button to download the filtered data to CSV.
- 1) Date/Time (change occurrence date and time)
- 2) Calling Number (the number that started the call)
- 3) Called Number (the number that received the call)
- 4) Type (type of calling transaction: Missed, Incoming and Outgoing)
Missed call option would appear, if the Virtual number is Voice Go number.
