History Logs

The system tracks the changes done by the Business Voice Go Portal and you can view these loggings by entering the search filters (optional) and press the "Search" button. Search filters consists of phone number and date range.
After the search, click on the Export to CSV button to download the filtered data to CSV.

Maxis
  • 1) Date (Change occurrence date and time)
  • 2) Login Admin ID (Portal Login User Id)
  • 3) Virtual Number (Virtual Number that use in each transaction.)
  • 4) Success (Status of each transaction)
  • 5) Transaction Type (Transaction changes of login user Id)
  • 6) Transaction Details (Changes details of each transaction)
