How To Use

Maxis Maxis
    Business Voice Go helps you to re-direct all your business calls to different lines so that you will never miss any calls. Business Voice Go AA and IVR help you answer your calls and redirect these calls to specific depts/branches of the company with their respective Maxis postpaid mobile nos.

To Log into Business Voice Go Portal:
  • 1) Launch your web browser (ex: firefox) and access the web portal at https://www.businessvoice.maxis.com.my/voice_go
  • 2) Please bookmark on the browser.
  • 3) Enter your “Admin ID”.
  • 4) Enter your “Password”.
  • 5) Tick the agreement terms (“I agreed to the …”).
  • 6) Click “Log In”
  • 7) Two-factor verification code will be sent to you via SMS and prompt to enter TAC.
  • 8) Please enter TAC and click “Confirm”.
  • Please note that this TAC will expire within 15 minutes of receipt.
  • If you don’t receive the TAC after one minute, please click “Resend TAC” to request for a new TAC.
  • Please contact Maxis at 1800821919 to update your contact details, if you have changed your Person In Charge (PIC).

1. Initial Change Password

    Upon successful login with two-factor verification, the system will be auto-redirected to “Change Password” Page, if the customer first time log-in attempt to the portal. Otherwise will be redirected to Voice Go, Auto Attendant or IVR Page based on customer subscription.
    Please see below for the Initial Change Password process.

Change Password for First Time User
  • 1) Enter New Password and Re-Type New Password.
  • 2) It will prompt the box to enter TAC that have been send to PIC mobile number via SMS.
  • 3) Once user confirmed TAC, the system will be redirected back to Login page to re-login with new password.
  • 4) Login to the portal with new password, the system will be redirected to Voice Go, Auto Attendant or IVR Page based on customer subscription upon successful login.

5) On the left navigation, click on the desired service, and the system would retrieve the configurations of each service.

2. Reset Password

    If the user forgot the existing login password, can reset a forgotten password by clicking reset password link in the Login page.
    Please see below for the Reset Password process.

  • 1) Enter Admin ID that want to reset password.
  • 2) It will prompt the box to enter TAC that have been send to PIC mobile number via SMS.
  • 3) Once user confirmed TAC, the user will be received Email and SMS that include system generated new password.
  • 4) System will be redirected back to Login page to login web portal with new password.
  • 5) Login to the portal with the new password, then change new password for security purpose.

3. Change Password

    Create a new, strong password that you don't use elsewhere to set a secure password.
    Please see below for the Change Password process.

  • 1) Enter New password and Re-Type New Password then click "Save" button.
  • 2) It will prompt the box to enter TAC that have been send to PIC mobile number via SMS.
  • 3) Once user confirmed TAC, the system will be redirected back to Login page to re-login with new password.
  • 4) Login to the portal with new password.
