Announcement List

To configure announcement list , click on the "IVR" and then choose "Announcement List".

Maxis
  • 1) Firstly , user need to record the own audio file which include * for “Exit” and # for “Repeat Menu” and the other keys 0 to 9 settings. Please follow the audio file format as below:
    the audio file must be a Linear PC, 16kHz, 16-bit mono, WAV file type with a maximum audio length of 5 minutes.
  • 2) User can create new announcement file by clicking green plus button in bar .
  • 3) User can modify the announcement file by clicking the modify button in the list .
  • 4) If this announcement file is no longer required, it can be removed by pressing "dustbin" icon.

Add New Announcement List
  • 1) Enter name for announcement file .
  • 2) Choose the wav file from your computer using the "Choose File" button.
Modify Announcement List
Maxis

Click "Modify" button on the existing Announcement list on the right side of list, that is to be modified. It would be focused and shows the entry settings. Modify the name and wav file and then "Save" button to update the changes.

  • 1) Enter the name to modify announcement file.
  • 2) You can update the wave file from choosing the wav file from your computer using the “Choose file” button.

Working Hours Schedule

IVR Working Hours Schedule allows you to manage the time schedule for the Working Hours.
To configure Working Hours Schedule, click on "IVR" tab and then choose "Working Hours Schedule".
Then select the "Virtual Number" from the drop-down list to create/manage existing schedules.

Add New Working Hours Schedule
  • To configure Working Hours Schedule, need to add Name, Start Date and End Date . Choose one or multiple days of the weeks that this profile is effective.
    For example, choose Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, so that all these 5 days are effective.Start Time and End Time are not applicable for All Day On case. If you check the check box of All Day, the profile is effective for the whole day (24 hours), otherwise the profile is effective from start time till end time of the day. And if you check the check box of Never End, the profile is effective forever. If Off, the profile is effective till End Date.

Modify Working Hours Schedule

    Click modify button on the existing Working Hours Schedule on the right side of list, that is to be modified. It would be focused and shows the entry settings. Modify the value and then "Save" button to update the changes. If this Working Hours Schedule is no longer required, it can be removed by pressing "dustbin" icon.



Working Hours Menu

Configure the automated receptionist greeting prompt and dialing menu to be used during working hours.
To configure Working Hours, click on "IVR" tab and then choose “Working Hours Menu".
If this service is not subscribed, the menu would not be available.

  • 1) Select the Virtual Number from the drop-down list.
  • 2) Select the audio file from Working Hour Greeting drop-down. The IVR will play this greeting during working hours.
  • 3) To configure each key action, click on the keypad and "Keypad Action Settings" modal will prompt to configure.

It will prompt to enter phone number and description according to key.

  • 1) Choose description or can enter by choosing the customized in description.
  • 2) Choose a action from Action drop-down list:
  • a. “Call to Voice Go” to choose a virtual number.
  • b. “Call to Individual” to enter user phone number.
  • 3) Click on the Save button to save the configuration.


Non Working Hours Menu

Configure the automated receptionist greeting prompt and dialing menu to be used after working hours.
The Non Wokring Hours attendant will be used on holidays and outside of working hours.
To configure Non Working Hours Menu , click on "IVR" tab and then choose “ Non Working Hours Menu".

  • 1) Select the Virtual Number from the drop-down list.
  • 2) Select the audio file from Non Working Hour Greeting drop-down. The IVR will play this greeting during the hours when the business is closed.
  • 3) To configure each key action, click on the keypad and "Keypad Action Settings" modal will prompt to configure.

It will prompt to enter phone number and description according to key.

  • 1) Choose description or can enter by choosing the customized in description.
  • 2) Choose a action from Action drop-down list:
  • a. “Call to Voice Go” to choose a virtual number.
  • b. “Call to User Mobile” to enter user phone number.
  • c. “Call to Voice Go MailBox” to leave a voicemail.
  • 3) Click on the Save button to save the configuration.

Holiday Schedule

IVR Holiday Schedule allows you to manage the holiday schedule.
To configure Holiday Schedule, click on "IVR" tab and then choose "Holiday Schedule". Select the name on navigation.

To configure Holiday Schedule
  • 1) Select the Virtual Number from the drop-down list.
  • 2) User can create new Holiday Schedule.
  • 3) User can modify and delete the Working Hours Schedule from the list.

Add New Holiday Schedule
  • Firstly, it will show the Holiday Package with year and if you click in each year, it will show the holiday list for each year. If you want to add directly to the Holiday Schedule, need to click Save button in the bottom of the web page. If you want to delete the Holiday Schedule that no longer desired, select the check box under “Select to Delete” and need to click Apply button in the web page.

  • 1) Enter Name for holiday schedule name.
  • 2) Choose date for holiday schedule date.
  • 3) User can create new holiday by clicking Save button.
