  • 1) Select the Virtual Number from the drop-down list.
  • 2) Change hunting policy.
  • • Sequential : The call is sent to the first phone number listed. If that phone is busy (or rings unanswered) then the call goes to the second phone, and so on through the list of numbers. (not suitable for high call volumes due to waiting intervals.) => limited to 10 hunting lines/mobile calls
  • • Simultaneous : all the phones in the hunt group ring at the same time. The first user to pick up the ringing phone is connected. (more efficient) Key in more than 10 Hunting lines – simultaneous policy will be active. => Max 50 Hunting lines/mobile calls
  • 3) Enter phone number and name.

Add Phone Numbers in the Assigned Numbers list
  • 1) Enter Name in the input box.
  • 2) Enter Phone Number in the input box.
  • 3) Click on the Save button to save the configuration.
Remove Phone Numbers in the Assigned Numbers list
  • 1) Click on the "dustbin" icon of each number to remove from list.
  • 2) Click on the Save button to save the configuration.
Reorder Phone Numbers in the Assigned Numbers list
  • 1) Click on either Up button or Down button of each number to order the users in the assigned numbers list.
  • 2) Click on the Save button to save the configuration.
  • • Tick on the Voice Mail checkbox to activate mailbox.
