Auto Attendant Holiday Schedule
Auto Attendant Holiday Schedule allows you to manage the holiday schedule for the Auto Attendance.
To configure Holiday Schedule, click on "Group Service" tab and then choose "Auto Attendant - Holiday Schedule". Select the Auto Attendant name on the left navigation. If this group service is not subscribed, the option would not be available.
1. Add New Holiday
Click on the "Add New Holiday" tab. Enter the fields for the holiday date and press "Save" button to create a new holiday date.
The meaning of the fields are:

2. Modify Holiday
Click on the "Modify Holiday Package" tab. The "Modify Holiday Package" tab would be focused and shows the list of available holiday package on the left (Item 2 on diagram), and the existing holiday dates on the right (Item 3 on diagram).
The holiday packages (Item 2 on diagram) has the list of holidays for each year (ex: 2016, 2017, etc). When the holiday package of the year is selected, by ticking on the box besides the year, that year holidays would be listed on the right and press the "Save" button to save the holiday dates.
To delete any holiday dates, tick the box besides the desired dates (Item 3 on diagram), and press "Delete" to proceed with the deletion. If all holiday dates are to be deleted, press "Delete All" button.
