Announcement Repository allows you to manage all the audio announcements.

To configure Announcement Repository, click on "Group Service" tab and then choose "Announcement Repository". If this group service is not subscribed, the option would not be available.

1. Add Announcement Repository

Click on the "Add Announcement Repository" tab. Enter the fields for the announcement and press "Save" button to create a new announcement.

The meaning of the fields are:

Field	Description
Name	Name of the announcement.
Upload Announcement File	Choose the wav file from your computer using the "Browse" button. The audio file should be 8kHz, 16 bit, mono signed PCM wave file.

2. Modify Announcement Repository

Click on the existing Announcement entry on the left navigation, that is to be modified. The "Modify Announcement Repository" tab would be focused and shows the entry settings. Modify the fields for the entry and press "Save" button to update the changes. If this entry is no longer required, it can be removed by pressing "Delete" button. The list of services using the announcement is also shown.
