Advance Voice SIP Features

The Advance Voice SIP Features page allows you to configure the "CLIP DDI Number Rotation" and "Trunk Redirection" features.

This features are only available to customers who have subscribed to “Premium Contact Center" package regardless of existing or new customer. If this service is not subscribed, the page would not be accessible.

Additionally, customers can subscribe to either the "CLIP DDI Number Rotation" or "Trunk Redirection" features individually, or both together. If a service is not subscribed to, its corresponding option will not appear.

1. CLIP DDI Number Rotation

To configure “CLIP DDI Number Rotation”, click on the "Advance Voice SIP Features" on the top of the navigation. And follow below steps:

  • Toggle “Outbound Number Rotation” option to On.
  • Select “DDI Rotation”
  • Choose “Trunk Group Name”, if has multiple entries.
  • Define “Schedule 1” and “Schedule 2” by selecting Start Date, End Date and Frequency. You may configure either both schedule or just one based on your business requirements.
  • Select number pool by adding "Available Numbers" to “Number Selected” field.
  • Then click the "Save" button to apply the changes.

The meaning of the fields are explained below:

Field Description
Outbound Number Rotation Toggle "On" or "Off". This enables or disables the CLIP DDI numbers rotation.
DDI Rotation Rotation Settings for DDI Rotation.
  • Round Robin - To rotate the selected numbers in a sequential, circular order.
  • Random - To rotate the selected numbers in an unpredictable, random order.
Trunk Group Name Name of the trunk group.
Pilot Number Pilot User Phone Number of the selected trunk group.
Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 Define the schedules for rotation setting.
Start Date Effective Start Date of the schedule.
End Date End Date of the schedule.
Frequency Frequency of the schedule's rotation. For example, to make the rotation effective, choose Daily, Weekdays and Weekend.
Note: Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 cannot overlap frequencies within their date ranges, except for Weekdays and Weekend.
For example, if Schedule 1 is set to Daily, Schedule 2 cannot be set to Daily, Weekdays, or Weekend. If Schedule 1 is Weekdays, Schedule 2 must be set to Weekend, and vice versa.
Search Availabe Numbers To search the number in the Available Numbers column.
Numbers Selected / Availabe Numbers Assign numbers for the CLIP DDI Number rotation.
  • To add specific numbers to the CLIP DDI Number rotation, select the number you want to move from the Available Numbers column and click Add. The selected number will be moved to the Numbers Selected column.
  • To remove the specific numbers, select the number from the Numbers Selected column and click Remove. The selected number will be moved to the Available Numbers column.

2. Trunk Redirection

To configure “Trunk Redirection”, click on the "Advance Voice SIP Features" on the top of the navigation.

Enter the destination telephone number, including the country code prefix (e.g., pilot or DDI number), and then click the "Save" button to apply the changes.

The meaning of the fields are explained below:

Field Description
Trunk Group Name Name of the trunk group.
Pilot No Pilot User Phone Number of the selected trunk group.
To destination telephone no (Pilot / DDI) Enter the destination telephone number (Pilot/DDI) where incoming calls will be routed, such as a main contact number or a direct number for a specific user.

The screenshot below show the customer who have subscribed both "CLIP DDI Number Rotation" and "Trunk Redirection" features.
