Features Access Code (FAC) Guide
CLIP (Caller Line Identification Pin)
Destination phone able to view originator phone number.
CLIR (Caller Line Identification Restriction)
Lift receiver & press "*67" and follow by destination number.
Direct Call Pickup / Intercept
Enable user to answer incoming call at another phone in their group by dialing "*97" feature access code followed by the extension number of the ringing phone.
Group Call Pickup
Lift telephone handset. Press "*98". You will pick-up incoming call within your group.
Do Not Disturb (DND) / Make Set Busy
Step 1:<Lift receiver>, Press "*78"
Step 2:<Wait for Confirmation IVR>
To deactivate
Step 1:<Lift receiver>, Press "*79"
Step 2:<Wait for Confirmation IVR>
Call Waiting
Enable user to answer another incoming call while engaged with first caller.

Step 2:<Dial access code "*43" for Call Waiting activation>

Step 2:<Dial access code "#43" for Call Waiting deactivation>
Call Transfer
Enable Call Transfer by pressing Flash Hook on the phone.
1. Press Flash Hook or Press Call Transfer Button.
2. Follow by Telephone Number and press #.
Call Hold
While engaged on Call
1. Press HOLD button on the phone.
2. To un HOLD, press the HOLD button again.
Multi Site Calling / Intra Office Calling
Enable user to dial 4 digit extensions dialing within the Business Group.
Group Speed Dial List
Enable user to dial single digit codes to call up to 8 different phone numbers.
Step 1:<Lift receiver>
Step 2:<Dial speed dial access code *74>
Step 3:<Wait until beep tone>
Step 4:<Press button keypad 2>
Step 5:Follow by destination number
Step 6:Wait till speed dial successful prompt
Note: Continue step 4 by pressing button keypad 3 till 9 to add more speed dial.
Class Of Service (COS)
This feature allows the customer to assign outgoing call access levels for specific user to avoid misused of Voice services.

Class Of Service (COS) Privileges
3 Way Calling
3 Way calling must be assigned. While engaged in one call:
1. Press flash hook on the phone. The initial call will put on Hold.
2. Enter complete phone number or extension of third party.
3. When the call is connected, press flash hook again. All parties are connected in a 3 way call.
4. To drop the add-on party, press the flash hook again.
Call Park
1. Lift telephone handset. Press "*68".
2. Enter extension of the phone on which call is to be parked.
3. Replace telephone handset. The call is park at the indicate extension.
Last Number Redial
1. Lift telephone handset. Press "*66".
2. The last outgoing number is redialed.
Call Forwarding Always
Enable user to redirect all incoming calls to another phone number.
1. Lift receiver & press "*72".
2. IVR prompt and request to Enter Destination Number + # and wait for IVR confirmation.
3. Lift receiver & press "*73" and wait for IVR confirmation to Deactivate the Call Forwarding Always feature.
Call Forwarding Busy
Enables user to redirect incoming calls to another destination when incoming calls encounter a busy condition.
Step 1:<Lift receiver>, Press "*90"
Step 2:<Wait for Dial Tone>
Step 3:<Enter Destination Number>
Step 4:<Wait for Confirmation IVR>
To deactivate Call Forwarding Busy, Follow step 1 with FAC code "*91" & step 2.
Call Forwarding No Answer
All incoming calls will be forwarded to Voicemail
Step 1:<Lift receiver>,
Step 2:<Wait for Dial Tone> & Press "*92" to activate>
To deactivate Call Forwarding No Answer, follow step 1 with FAC code "#93" & step 2. The service is Off.
Call Forwarding Not Reachable
Step 1:Lift telephone handset. Press "*94",
Step 2:Enter phone number to Call Forward when you are not reachable. The service is On.
Step 3:To Deactivate the feature, lift telephone handset and press "*95". The service is Off.
N Way Conference (Maximum 15 Persons)
Allow user to make conference calls up to 15 participants.
Voicemail Retrieval
Step 1:<Lift receiver>
Step 2:<Wait for Dial Tone> & Press "*86">
Step 3:Listen to Voicemail menu.
Hunting
Hunting is a service extension that allows a caller to reach a hunt group by calling the Pilot number.
Step 1:<Use Mobile Phone to Call the Pilot Number 603-23000000 (E.g)>
Step 2:<It can route to hunting line number assign to hunting group>
Step 3:<Hunting Line Number listed below (E.g)>

Boss Secretary Feature
This feature is used to monitor incoming call to Boss phone.
Music On Hold (MOH)
MOH is a group service and MOH will be played when user put caller on Hold.
Find Me, Follow Me
This feature is used to route primary incoming number to 2 alternative numbers when user failed to answer the primary number after few rings.
Auto Attendants (IVR)
The voice portal provides an IVR interface to caller.
