Music On Hold allows you to upload an audio file, which is a .wav file containing, for example, music or advertising, onto the system that is to be played for callers on hold. This service can be used in conjunction with the Call Hold, and Call Park services. From this page, you can also:

• Modify Music On Hold for the group.
• Modify Music On Hold for a department.

To configure Music On Hold, click on "Group Service" tab and then choose "Music On Hold". Select the group type or one of the department type on the left navigation. If this group service is not subscribed, the option would not be available.

The meaning of the fields are:

Field	Description
Enable Music during Call Hold	Toggle "On" or "Off". When on, play Music On Hold message for held Callers.
Enable Music during Call Park	Toggle "On" or "Off". When on, play Music On Hold message for parked Callers.
Enable Music during Busy Camp On	Toggle "On" or "Off". When on, play Music On Hold message for camped Callers.
Music On Hold message	Select the source of the Music On Hold message. Check System Defined Music to use the message defined at the system level. Check Custom Music File to use music file from the drop down selection.

Once the changes are confirmed, press "Save" to update to the System.
