Hotdesk Host

Hotdesk Host allows an administrator to designate a user as a host user. A user who is assigned the Hotdesk Agent service can then be associated to the host user. When associated, the host user allows the agent user to use the host's device with the agent's service profile.

To configure Hotdesk Host, select the user on the left navigation and click on "User Service" tab and then choose "Hotdesk Host". If this user service is not subscribed, the option would not be available.

The meaning of the fields are:

Field Description
Hotdesk Host Toggle "On" or "Off". When on, allows user phone device to be used as a Hotdesk Host.
Enforce Association Limit Toggle "On" or "Off". When on, it enforce the service timeout limit in Hours when the hotdesk agent association ends. When Off, no timeout limit.
Access Level Use the Access Level control to determine the scope of the host. Select Enterprise to allow users in your enterprise to associate themselves with this user account, or select Group to restrict access to this host only for users within your group.
Associated Agents Display the list of associated agents if any.

Once the changes are confirmed, press "Save" to update to the System.
