How To Use
Top Bar
On the Home Page, the top bar would display the username, and links to change password, user guide and logoff.
Navigation Bar
Below the top bar, is the Navigation Bar, and each of the tabs would bring you to the Home, Group Service, User Service or History Log page.
Navigation For Customer Admin and CSO
Customer Admin can navigate to group or user services by clicking on "Group Service" or "User Service" tab. The steps are in the sections below.
CSO can navigate to group or user services from the Enterprise tab or by similar method as Customer Admin. However, unlike Customer Admin which only belongs to a single group, CSO would have to choose from a list of groups and key in the "Enterprise Id".
Navigation To Group Service
To list all the subscribed group services, click on “Group Service” tab and then “Groups”. The system would check the subscriptions.
The system would return the group profile details and click on “Group Service” tab again to view the subscribed group services. Each group services can be accessed by clicking on the links.
Navigation To User Service
To list all the subscribed user services, click on “User Service” tab and then “Main”. The system would retrieve the list of users in the group.
On the left navigation, click on the desired user, and the system would retrieve the subscribed user services.
The system would return the subscribed user services for this user and click on “User Service” tab again to view the list. Each user services can be accessed by clicking on the links.
The system would check the subscription and show/hide the service menu.
Navigation To Voice SIP Profile Page
To view sip trunk profile, click "Voice SIP Profile" menu on the top avigation.
Navigation To Voice SIP Reset Password Page
To change new sip trunk authentication password, click "Voice SIP Reset Password" menu on the top avigation.
The system would check the subscription and show/hide the services menu.
