Hotdesk Agent allows a user to associate their service profile with a Hotdesk Host user. This allows the agent user to use the host's device with the agent user's service profile. This is useful for transient employees.

To configure Hotdesk Agent, select the user on the left navigation and click on "User Service" tab and then choose "Hotdesk Agent". If this user service is not subscribed, the option would not be available.

The meaning of the fields are:

Field	Description
Hotdesk Agent	Toggle "On" or "Off". When on, allows users to associate their service profiles with devices other than their own, from the "Associated Host" selection.
Host Association Limit	Display the timeout limit in Hours when the hotdesk agent association ends, if enforced.
Limit Association to	If a different Association Limit is required, toggle "On", and enter the new association limit but must be less than the "Host Association Limit"
Available Hosts / Associated Hosts	Use the multiple select to configure the associated host from the list of available hosts.

Once the changes are confirmed, press "Save" to update to the System.
