Reset Password
The User Reset Password page allows you to reset the voice portal and SIP password of a user.
To configure the User Reset Password, select the user on the left navigation and click on "User Service" tab and then choose "Reset Password". If this user service is not subscribed, the option would not be available.
1. Reset App User Password
Click on the "Reset App User Password" tab, and confirm this is the correct user id to reset user app password. Press "Reset Password" button to proceed.
The web page would popup a confirmation text box, asking you to enter the confirmation code that was just sent out to the group email address.
Open up the email with the confirmation code, and take note of the confirmation code.
Enter the confirmation code into the previous popup text box, and press "Proceed" button to continue.
If the confirmation code is correct, the system would alert you that new password is emailed to the group email address.

2. Reset User Voice Portal Password
Click on the "Reset Voice Portal Password" tab, and confirm this is the correct user id to reset Voice Portal password. Press "Reset Password" button to proceed. The rest of the steps are similar to "Reset App User Password" procedures.
3. Reset User SIP Password
Click on the "Reset SIP Password" tab, and confirm this is the correct user id to reset SIP password. Press "Reset Password" button to proceed. The rest of the steps are similar to "Reset App User Password" procedures.
