Voice SIP Reset Password
The page allows you to change SIP Trunk authentication password of respective trunk group. If the trunk group service is not subscribed, it would not be shown.
To change new password, click on the "Voice SIP Reset Password" on the top navigation then select the trunk group from the drop-down.
If Enable Authentication status is Off and not registration SIP Trunk, the system would not allow to reset password for the specific trunk group.
Enter New Password and Re-Type New Password
The web page would popup a confirmation text box, asking you to enter the TAC code that was just sent out to PIC mobile.
Obtain TAC from SMS and take note of that. Enter the TAC into the previous popup text box, and press "OK" button to continue.
If the confirmation code is correct, the system would alert you that new password is changed successfully.
