VIP Ringtone allows you to make your phone ring with a different ring based on your pre-defined criteria.

To configure VIP Ringtone, select the user on the left navigation and click on "User Service" tab and then choose "VIP Ringtone". If this user service is not subscribed, the option would not be available.

Edit the fields and press "Save" button to update the changes.

The meaning of the fields are:

Field	Description
Set VIP Ringtone as Active	Toggle "On" or "Off". When on, VIP Ringtone is activated all the time.
Apply this service for calls from	If the call is External: To receive VIP Ringtone on calls from any phone number (not extension), check "Any external phone number". If this is not selected, the service searches in the Following Phone Numbers list. If the call is Group/Enterprise: When the call is a Group call, the VIP Ringtone service always goes to the Following phone numbers.
Following phone numbers	To receive notifications of calls from a defined telephone number, edit the numbers in the Specific phone numbers text boxes. You can select "Any private number" or "Any unavailable number".
